Caricatures

As a caricature artist  (a.k.a. caricaturist), I'm regularly commissioned to create caricatures from the comfort of my studio for graduation gifts as well as birthday, retirement, farewell and wedding anniversary gifts. These artworks capture how a person is perceived by their colleagues or loved ones and are based on photos and intel clients send me.

In essence, a caricature is a cartoon or illustration that highlights the distinct features of a particular individual, making them instantly recognisable while adding a touch of exaggeration.

Illustrations

My illustrations are pictures that illustrate books, newspaper and magazine articles, wedding invites, brochures and maps.

Cartoons

I create cartoons for a variety of purposes such as editorials, book covers, logos, training programmes, and educational programs.

I find that incorporating humour through cartoons can be particularly effective in lightening up the often sombre topic of economics, for instance. Additionally, when it comes to training programs, cartoons prove to be especially valuable in teaching illiterate workers.

Technical illustrations

Another area where I possess expertise is creating vector drawings as line art for a variety of purposes, such as brochures, instruction manuals, maps, and diagrams.  Vector drawings are crafted entirely on a computer using precise coordinates to produce sharp, polished lines that can be resized to any scale without losing quality.
